Today was the day!!! Tyler and I are getting married. Everybody kept asking why we were waiting so long to marry, at some point I think we were purposefully halting the wedding longer just to annoy everybody.
We really didn't want a huge, extravagant wedding. We wanted something rather small and minimalistic.
The bridesmaids and I were going to be in different shades of blue.

Unlike tradition, I am going to have both my dads and Gerard walk me down the aisle. Why? Because it's my wedding and that is what I want. The only thing is I don't really know how wide the 'aisle' is so, we will have to figure out how we are gonna do that.
Also, we want the wedding ceremony itself to be short and sweet not some sort of hour long thing. Just short vows, i do-s, kisses, the end. After that...we party.
As for a honeymoon, we will probably do a small one, nothing too big or extravagant. Honestly knowing the two of us, we might just throw a dart at a board and figure out something from there.
We want to continue saving for our new home. But, we did put a bit of money aside to go on a honeymoon.

It was now time. Tyler was already up at the front. The bridesmaids were about to walk the aisle.
A old friend of mine, Luciano has 5 year old daughter and son twins. So we let them be flower girl and ring bearer since Sam's sons were a little too young.
I needed some help choosing the right song to walk down the aisle. I chose A Thousand Years by Christina Perri because...it just sounded right. (A/N: I was gonna do acoustic version of My Blood but, I couldn't find one that sounded the way I wanted it to)
One by one, each of my bridesmaids went down the aisle with Jenna and Sam being the last as they were both my maids of honor.
Then it was my turn. I looked at my dads and Gerard and could see them starting to tear up.
"Hey, now don't y'all start crying on me. I ain't wearing my waterproof eyeliner today" I said, jokingly
They smiled and laughed, as we then began our journey down the aisle.
Somehow, all three of them walked me all the way down the aisle and I gave all of them hugs and kisses.
I was then met with the eyes and face of the love of my life. It's hard to believe we met nearly 20 years ago....damn I feel ancient.
We gave our short vows, followed by the marriage officiant said the 'until death do us part' thing, followed by us saying
"I Do"
At this moment, Zyler was officially finalized.

The party had begun. Tyler and I were about to have our first dance. Of course we chose Smithereens by Twenty One Pilots. As Tyler (Joseph) had written that for Jenna (Joseph).
While dancing, we looked at each other and said I love you to each other with our eyes.
I had decided I would have a dance with all three of my dads, separately of course
The one I did with Brendon was to Carol by Foret De Vin, as he had shown me that song when I was much younger. When the song played, he was stunned, not knowing I remembered that song. It took some searching to find it again, but it was there.
With Ryan, it was She Had The World by Panic! At The Disco
With Gerard, we danced to Just The Way You Are by Billy Joel. Even though Brendon had shown me this song very early on.
The night went on, people danced, people sang, and people got drunk. And with that, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding.
My readers, I apologize for my lack of updates. School can be a nightmare and sometimes I also just forget to write and also sometimes writer's block takes place. Also, last week my brother went into the hospital with bad headaches and they found out he had a tumor. He got surgery the next day and he's doing good now. He's home now and slowly but surely things shall return to normal.
