See what I didn't tell u in the beginning is Marco is in to all that gang banging drug dealing type stuff

So apparently he owed some people some money and drugs and he ain't give it em yet

I wake up to the sound of beeping next to me thinking it's my alarm I move my arm over to where it's coming from and try to hit it still with my eyes closed ... I sit up and my eyes flutter open  . I try to use my arms to block the bright unknown room but I notice the cast

I finally realize what's going on . All the sudden I remember everything and I start to hyperventilate yelling Marcos name . my mom and what looks to be the nurse of the hospital runs in along with my cousin indyamarie who I haven't seen in 3 years

"Mom what happened" I say crying
Knowing what she's about to say but still wanting to ask

"Honey hey shhhh it's okay I'm here... I'm here"
She says holding me

"Mom where's Marco ? ... is he okay ?"

"I'm so sorry honey" she says with tears streaming down her face

"No mom no... please" I say shaking my head

"I'm so sorry honey .. he didn't make it"

"Can I see him .. I need to see him one last time"

"Honey I don't think-"

"Mom please.. is his mom here?" I said crying but trying to hold it in

"Yes honey miss Wallace is here "

"Please let me go see her"

"Reńee you know you where shot too right ? You can't just get up and walk out of here"

"I. Don't. Care. I want to see him"

"Alright baby I'll get his mother in here" she said petting my head softly

My mom walks out and along with the nurse that I didn't even know was still standing there

Indya walks up to me and gives me a big hug

"Oh my god it's been so long Reńee ... I've missed my cousin so much" she says

"I know I've missed you too so much indya .. just know I'm glad your here right now despite what happened " I said trying not cry but my voice cracking

"Me too .. I'm so sorry for ur loss .. I have lost people in my life before too but never my partner" she says

"Thank you indya that means a lot .. truly" I say wiping my tears
