Kakyoin's POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"D-Did you say Dio?"
I'm looking at Joseph. I know he's old, and he doesn't control what he says sometimes, but the name still gives me chills.
"Kakyoin. Are you okay? You're really pale."
Josuke doesn't know about what Dio did to us.
"Yeah, I-I’m fine. It's just.. Dio did some terrible things to me."
I lift up my shirt and show him the scar.
"Holy crap, Kakyoin! That thing is huge!"
I nod and pull my shirt back down.
Jotaro approaches me from behind and sets a hand on my shoulder.
"I forgot that the scar was that bad."
"Well, thank you for those comforting words, Jotaro." I roll my eyes.
I'm just so sick of him being distant.
I want to be...
I want to be closer to him.
I want him to comfort me when I'm down.
I want to comfort him when he's down.
Sometimes, feelings consume me. I yell at him, and say things I don't mean to.
Is he being distant because of my actions?
I don't know anymore.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Later that night, I'm sitting in bed and glaring at the lamp next to me.
I had ignored him all day.
It was weird, but he got the message.

I realized that he was walking over to me.
"Kakyoin."
Now I'm glaring at him instead of the lamp.
"Oh, don't give me that look. Listen, I.. I'm sorry, alright? I've been a total dick to you. I'm taking out my anger towards myself on you, and it's really not fair."

Before either of us could say anything else, I slammed into him and wrapped him in a hug.
"Y-you mean so much to me, Jotaro. So being ignored by you, that was kind of heartbreaking to me. A-and so many things have been happening, and you haven't be-"
I'm cut off by Jotaro's lips. We seperate, and he cups my face in his hands.

"I promise I'll be there for you from now on. No matter what."

Our lips meet once again. But this time, when I open my eyes, Jotaro isn't there.

No

Stop

Instead of Jotaro, it's a blonde man.
It's Dio.

I plaster myself to the bed and scream.

I can't hear anything except my ears ringing.
