Night Trouble

Lyn pov

After me and uncle Chris went creature adventuring and showed off what I knew about animals it was almost dark the sun was setting and me and uncle Chris were heading back to the Tortuga I was on his shoulders but I decided to test the waters "uncle Chris" I giggle putting my head on his "yes Lyn" he asked chuckling lightly

"can we go creature adventuring at night" I asked hoping he would say yes "idk Lyn your still young probably best if you asked daddy " I pouted slightly as we walked back into the Tortuga "so Lyn you have fun with uncle Chris" daddy chuckled and took me off uncle Chris shoulders "yeah we seen all kinds of animals but my favorite was the bushmaster" both daddy and uncle Chris laughed a little and I pouted "well it's almost your bedtime Lyn so get ready for bed " Aviva said curious of what's going on but I sighed

I headed off to my room and got in my pajamas which were black with blue and green tiger stripes "I really wanted to go creature adventuring at night all those animals I haven't meet yet just wanting" I whispered and crawled into my bed.

My door opened which made me wince my eyes as my eyes adjusted "night Lyn I love you" my adopted father quietly whispered kissing my forehead and I hugged him after our hug uncle Chris told me night and gave me a hug and kiss goodnight then both left

Martin pov

Something seemed off with Lyn after Chris brought her back she told me what happened and her favorite animal from the adventure but I couldn't help but laugh she was right on the bushmaster we were in South America which were most of the species are but her face expression was too cute and funny

Chris must've noticed too he was laughing just as hard but by the time we got done laughing Aviva told her it's almost her bedtime so she went to bed and me and Chris told her goodnight then everyone else stayed up till around 1 am then went to bed Lyn bedtime was 10 but for some reason I couldn't sleep

Lyn pov

Why can't I sleep this isn't new every place I visit the first night I can't sleep its already 2:00am I sigh and got out of bed and headed out of my room I tried to be as quiet as I could I went to find my stuff wolf Ryan normally helped me sleep on nights like this

Ugh  where did I leave him I looked through the main room until I saw something behind me at first I thought it was my shadow but I was wrong the shadow like appearance was much taller and bigger then mine "I'm coming for you my little Lyn~" the voice rang in my head and I started shaking badly then I saw the shadow move

"NO GO AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE" I screamed at the top of my lungs which caused to burn I got light headed then I heard footsteps and I spun around "Lyn what's wrong sweetie" I saw daddy and uncle Chris along with Aviva and koki

I couldn't move I just stared my lungs were hurting again I couldn't breathe right

Chris pov

After saying goodnight to Lyn me and Martin went to bed but after a while I woke up at 2 and Martin wasn't sleeping "Martin is something wrong " I asked looking at Martin "I can't sleep I feel like something bad going to happen" Martin sigh rolling over to face me across the room

"NO GO AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE" Lyn screamed at the top of her lungs and both me and Martin shot out of bed to see Lyn in the main room looking back at us "Lyn what's wrong sweetie" martin asked getting closer to his daughter Aviva and koki soon came in but something was wrong

As Martin got closer Lyn collapsed Martin ran to her side I slowly walked over to see Martin doing CPR on Lyn I ran to the medical room and grabbed a oxygen mask then ran back putting the mask on my 10 year old niece
