Martin pov

I kept doing CPR I wasn't going to give up on her I cared too much I refuse to let her die "PLEASE LYN WAKE UP" I cried I looked at Chris while tears ran down my face "Martin.... " I cut him off "DONT YOU DARE SAY SHE'S DEAD CHRIS" it hurts that Chris was already wanting to give up on his niece

I kept with CPR until I felt someone pull me back "NO LYN LET ME GO" I fought whoever was holding me back"martin there's nothing else you can do she's gone... "Chris snapped then hugged me just then I heard coughing "d-daddy... " I broke from Chris grip and hugged my daughter tightly

"I'm here sweetie everything is alright " she was shaking badly I was too but that doesn't matter my baby girl is alive and well that's all that matters right now

Chris pov

But how... Lyn stopped breathing for ten minutes should I be worried idk I sigh "we should all go get some rest" I said as Martin got up with Lyn in his arms "yeah... " Lyn said before yawning and all of us went to our rooms but Lyn Martin decided that she should be close by just in case something happens again

I yawn and got back in bed I laid on my side and watch Martin and Lyn cuddle each other and Martin protectively wrap his arms around her I soon feel asleep after

12:15pm

I woke up to see Martin still sleeping but LYN wasn't there she must've gotten up already I yawned and got out of bed I looked outside through the window to see Lyn sitting in a tree.

I got dressed and headed outside "hey Lyn what are you doing up there" I called looking up at her "just drawing nothing special" she sigh as I climbed up to her "can we talk Lyn" I asked as she closed her note book she was drawing in "yeah uncle Chris what do you wanna talk about" she smiled

"I wanna know what happened last night" I looked into her eyes normally their blueish green but now there a blueish gray
"I couldn't sleep so I was looking for the stuff wolf you had given me and when I was looking I saw a shadow it wasn't mine a-and I h-heard uncle j-jeff... " she started to shake I pulled her into a hug "it's ok... You don't have to say anymore " I sigh and rubbed her back but not to far long Martin came out

Martin pov

I woke up and lyn wasn't in my bed nor Chris in his so they must've gotten up I got dressed and headed outside to see them in a tree hugging  "hi daddy" Lyn giggled "hi yourself come on I'll catch you " I got close to the tree and held out my arms.

Chris was holding her then he let's go as she jumps down and I catch her "I'm not catch you yet Chris " I chuckled as Chris climbs down

Lyn pov

We waited for uncle Chris but I had an idea get when got down " hey daddy uncle Chris let's play predator v.s prey" I smiled and stuck my hand in my pocket filled with creature power disk "sure" daddy smiling while grabbing a disk along with uncle chris

"remember the rules can't look at your disk and who ever is the smallest creature is prey" I giggle as we all pulled out a disk "oh boy.. " I laughed nervously "looks like Lyn's the prey" uncle Chris tease I sighed looking at my fire salamander disk and back to daddys wolf and uncle Chris jaguar disk
