As a child, Peter Parker had always wanted to fight in the epic space battles he was told about. He even witnessed one as a child. The amazing Iron Man had saved him that day. Peter smiles fondly at the memory.

Now, he was eight years old and with two dead parents and two dead relatives. Being sent to the orphan really changed Peter. He was really lonely. His room was grey with a plain bed and white plain sheets. The young boy just wanted to find paint and toss it at all his walls. A knock on the door.

The only living Parker left sat up. Were they going to let him out again?

"Come in," the young boy called out.

The same man who let him out was there. The clinking of his left arm sounded in the room.

"Up," the man commanded.

Peter did as he was told and stood.

"You're back," the Parker spoke excitedly.

The man just frowned at Peter. The red star still visible on his left metal arm.

"It's time to go, kid," the older man responded before turning away from the pure child. He could  not figure out what made his stone cold heart feel sick and aching, but it did. He refused to believe it was guilt. That would mean the man would have to be reset.

"Where are we going this time, mister, sir?" the child's excitement loud compared to the older man's coldness and quietness.

The man just stood at the door and made a motion for the child to follow. Peter ran up and grabbed his flesh hand, his right hand. The man tensed before closing the child's door. The child always asked where the other children were. It was always just the man and himself when he walked down the hallways. The passed a painting with stars on it. Peter stopped to stare at it. It look so realistic.

The older man tensed once again as he noticed where the child was staring. He suddenly feared for the boy.

"That such a pretty painting!" the young boy exclaims.

The older man chuckles in relief.

"Whatever you say kiddo," was all that left his lips.

Peter did not understand. He did not understand the danger he was in. Everything has changed, and he doesn't even know it.
