If there was one thing he learned on the streets, it was that fighting didn't always mean victory, and fighting every day of his life was exhausting. Rocco has too many points against him to expect anything good: deaf in a hearing world, gay, and he's lost his faith in the world.
Returning to foster care is going to be the hardest thing he's ever done.
