I wanted to thank all of you that read this book and supported me. Thank you for all the wonderful comments saying how much you loved the story. It means so much to me. I would get so excited whenever I would post a new chapter so that I could see who voted and what you guys thought of it. I'm going to miss all those.

It saddens me to say that Rachael Fitzherbert's, well now De Vil's, story is over.

I'd always wanted to create my own character in the Descendants universe. I had gotten the idea of Rachael probably when the first movie came out.

I was like 8 or 9, so I didn't know that fan fiction was a thing.

But then a few years later I discovered Wattpad and knew that I had to write this story.

I had been gathering ideas for the past few years now and needed to write them down.

I waited until all the movies were out to make all of our lives easier.  

Again, I can't thank you all enough for saying such kind things and encouraging me to write this book.

"Can you get on with it, I'm gonna start crying."

Right. Even though canonically she's older than me, I feel like while writing this story I watched my baby grow up.

MY BABY AIN'T A BABY NO MORE!

Anyway, this isn't goodbye from me *wink wink nudge nudge*, this is a goodbye from Rachael.

"Bye you little fricks. Thanks for stalking me and reading into my personal life experiences and private thoughts! Mwah!"

Okay, yeah I think it's time we leave.

"Bye, stupid."

Bye, you ungrateful figment of my imagination.

(Also, I'm probably going to be editing this book and fixing any grammar/spelling mistakes or changing a few small thing to make things clearer. I don't know if you'll get a notification saying that I updated this, but just know that it's probably me just fixing my problems.)
