Down in the station, Twilight was currently training with Rainbow Dash.

Twilight gets into a fighting stance. Rainbow Dash taunts her to make her move. Twilight quickly ran up and tried hitting Rainbow Dash with a spin kick but she dodged by jumping over the attack. As soon as she landed, Rainbow Dash tried to hit Twilight with a backfist strike. But Twilight blocked the attack before quickly grabbing her arm and flipping her around. She then threw Rainbow Dash over her shoulder. But Rainbow Dash ended up doing a backflip to land safely on the ground.

Rainbow Dash: *chuckles* "Nailed it"

Twilight: *facepalms* "Rainbow, what are you doing"? "You don't defend against Seoi Nage with backflips".

Rainbow Dash: "Why not, I find that backflips work perfectly against that move".

Twilight: "The best defence is to roll along my back, then take me to the ground and put me in an arm lock". "Unless of course I counter with a..."

Rainbow Dash: "Whatever Twilight, you fight your own way, and I fight in the way that works just right for me". *does a backflip* "By doing awesome backflips".

Twilight: *sighs*

Twilight then sees Leo walking by and decided to ask him how he would handle things.

Twilight: "Leo, what would you do if someone tried to throw you with Seoi Nage"?

Leo: "I don't know"

Twilight: "Come on, you must've planned a response for every attack".

Leo: "Master Splinter used to say that if you think too much about what is coming, you lose sight of what is". "You must be fully in the moment so you can fight without thinking".

Twilight: "Why would I want to fight without thinking"?

Leo: "Let me show you, prepare to defend against...Seoi Nage"!

But instead of using Seoi Nage, Leo used a different attack and now has Twilight in an arm lock.

Twilight: "OW...that wasn't Seoi Nage".

Leo: *chuckles* "No, but you thought it would be". *pulls Twilight back up* "Now, would you like to prepare to defend against a spinning back kick"?

Twilight: *rubs her arm* "No I think I'm good".

Meanwhile with the others, they were all busy with their own activities. Sunset was practicing her aim with her kunai along with Fluttershy using her bow on a bunch of targets set up on the wall. Wallflower was tending to her garden. Everyone was a confused as to why she would want to plant a garden in the station, but they decided not to question it. And Slash was watching tv.

News Woman: "It has now been three years since the disappearance of neuro-scientist Dr. Tyler Rockwell, along with his lab partner Dr. Victor Falco". "Even till this day, no evidence has come up as to where these two individuals have gone".

Slash: *shuts off tv* "Ah I hate watching the news". "It's all bad now a days".

Rainbow Dash: "Tell me about it"!

Sunset: "Yeah *throws kunai* especially since we all know that Victor Falco is now the Rat King". *throws kunai*

Fluttershy: "But Dr. Rockwell is still missing".

Twilight: "Hold on, remember when Mr. Oneil said something about the Kraang kidnapping scientists around the city"?

Rainbow Dash: "Yeah, so"?

Twilight: "So...what if Dr. Rockwell disappeared because the Kraang took him".

Slash: "That does make a lot of sense".
