Dinah Jackson pt 2

Michael POV

I've been here since yesterday Latoya told me about her being her I hope she's ok and they said she should be awake by today I want to see my daughter eyes open I can't lose her after I just found out about her

Latoya POV

Michael has been by Dinah side since yesterday I hope he don't lose her since he just found out about her yesterday her mother put her through so much pain she's only four years old that's when her nurse came in with the police

Latoya: There here for me

They asked Latoya questioned and Michael listened to everything they were talking about ...and he couldn't believe what he was hearing

Police: Do you guys wanna press chargers

Michael: yes

Police: Are you the father

Michael: I am

Police: Well we came here to see if you wanted to get custody of her ...Her mother can no longer see her and lost her ability to see Dinah

Michael: ok

He signed some paper work and thought it would be a good idea to have his daughter with him instead

Michael: how long has she been doing this

Latoya: Since shes was two years ...but once she turned four she told me that she was running away cause she couldn't take the pain anymore

Michael was upset to her that her mother would do that to his daughter

Latoya: but it was not only her mother that did this to her

Michael: What

Latoya: She also allowed her boyfriend to hit on him Dinah told me that he almost raped her cause she wouldn't do what he say

That really made Michael upset and now he's glade that they are in jail

Michael: we have to get her check I don't want to leave without getting that done ... I have to make sure she's ok

Latoya: we have to wait until she wakes up

Dinah began to move and they stared at her hoping that she wakes up

Michael grabbed her hand and hopes that she wakes up ...that's when her nurse came in

Nurse: is she waking up

Michael: yes

But her machine done stopped and Michael got worried that he had a breakdown he was crying

Latoya had to calm Michael down and every nurse came in there to try and wake her back up ...after a good minute her eyes flashed opened

Nurse: she's awake and is fine

Michael was so happy to hear that he was already attached to his daughter even though he just found out about her

Nurse: we did some test on her and she's clear

Michael: Thank you

They walked back in the room and Dinah just stared at the ceiling

Latoya: you stay out here and I'll tell her about you

Michael: ok  I have to get myself together

She walked in and that's when she seen Latoya walking in her aunt

Latoya: are you feeling better

Dinah: yes ....I'm fine

Latoya: that's good ...but I have some good news for you

Dinah: Really

Latoya: yes your father is here

Dinah was so happy to know that her dad was here and wanted to see him so badly

Latoya: I'll go and get him ok

Dinah: ok

She walked out the door and she told Michael that Dinah wanted to see him

Latoya: Dinah he's here

Michael sat next to her and she just stared at her dad for a good minute

Dinah: Daddy

Michael: yes it's me are you ok

Dinah: yes I'm fine

Her nurse came in and gave her some medicine

Nurse: you have to take it to control your seizure

Dinah took the medicine and it tasted candy ...Michael wanted to know everything about her seizures so he can know

Michael: ok thank you

Nurse: your welcome but she's free to go and another thing we got in connect with her teacher and they think it will be better for her to be homeschooled her seizures triggered she has to many of them

He thanked and Latoya helped her up

Latoya; yep your still dizzy just sit down and I'll help you with your outfit

She helped Dinah get dressed and helped her down

Latoya: Can you walk or do you still feel dizzy

She was to young to understand her but when she gets older she'll get used to her seizure

Latoya: ok let try and have you walk

When she walked her legs began to shake and she fell to the ground

Michael: Are you ok

Latoya: Her legs are still shaking from her seizure it can make her body weak so you have to pick her up

Michael picked her up and rubbed her back she fell asleep ...he signed her out of the hospital and they were on their way home

Latoya was driving and Michael was in the backseat holding his daughter while she is asleep he was already protected over her and had to make sure she protected at all times

They made it to his home and Latoya told the whole father that Michael had a daughter ...they will come and see her tomorrow right now she needed it to rest

Latoya: well here are records for her blood level

Michael looked at the them and they were really low

Latoya: that medicine suppose to bring it up in her system she hasn't been taking her cause her mother threw her medicine away

Michael: ok( worries)

Latoya: She's going to be ok Michael...she needs to rest for a few days just call the school and tell them you want her to be homeschooled it gets worse when she's in school

Michael: Ok

He got on the telephone and they will send him he paperwork tomorrow he think it would be a good ideas for her to stay home to keep an eye on her

Latoya: well anything else you want to know

Michael: yes when is her Birthday

Latoya: December 25th 1979 so she's a Christmas baby

Michael: ok thank you that's all

He gave his sister a hug and she was out the door...Michael cane to check on her and she was peacefully so he took his 🚿 and laid down next to her knowing that she is safe with him
