A week later

Michael POV

It's been a week and Dinah has been resting I'm still not use to the whole seizure thing so I read books about them and I gotten the hang of it since the second day of her coming home ...Dinah was happy to know that she has me in her life and she doesn't have to suffer so now I am cleaning the bruises that they left on her

Latoya POV

I am helping Michael with Dinah he's cleaning up the bruises they left on her she no longer has to go through that but I know as she gets older she will become stronger I told Michael she doesn't have hate in her heart but after what her mother did she doesn't want to see her ever again

Michael: does that feel better

Dinah: yes

Michael: ok ... go rest up

She went up to her and rest up Her doctor calls and checks on her

Latoya: well she's home

Michael: I know I'm still upset that her mother would do that to her

Latoya: I know but she has you now that's all that matters

Michael: I know now I have to protect her

Latoya: I know but since she home school she has a play to attend

Michael: ok

They went to her play and Michael sat on the floor ...they were behind the curtains and they began singing

Michael cheered cause Dinah did so well and she ran up to her after the play was over she did

Dinah: Did you like it

Michael: yes you did amazing

Dinah: Thanks

Michael thought his daughter had some beautiful eyes ...Some kids were jealous of Dinah cause her father is Michael Jackson

Latoya: why they staring at you like that

Dinah: they don't like

Michael: why

Dinah: Because your my dad and they gave hate tores me

He figured that and h told Dinah don't let that bother her

Dinah: But can we go now...I feel uncomfortable

Michael: ok come on

They walked out and Michael enjoyed her school play even though she is homeschooled but he enjoyed it and she did a good job

Latoya fill a complaint about those kids and the teacher told the parents about it then she went back up to Michael and Dinah

Michael: well see you tomorrow

Latoya: ok and the family is coming to see her

Michael: ok goodnight

He locked the door and Went to go take Dinah a bath ...she was going to be knocked out afterwards

Michael: you have to eat before going to bed

Dinah: ok

They went downstairs to eat before going to bed ...Michael tucked her in bed and read her a bedtime story once she was asleep he kissed her forehead and walked out of her room

Next Morning

Michael POV

The family was coming over today so I got Dinah ready ahh she looks so beautiful she wanted to wear her hair down for the first time ...my daughter is so beautiful I can't handle it to much cuteness going around so I took a picture ah she's a model already

There was a knock on the door and Michael went to go answer the door it was his whole family coming to see her he was excited for them to meet her

Dinah came downstairs and saw her whole family they all were shock to know that she was beautiful

Michael introduce her to everyone and was glade to see everyone she was very respectful and well mannered which Michael was impressed ...

Latoya: yes I taught her manners

Michael: Thanks

Latoya: your welcome I didn't want her ending up like her mother who cussing around her a lot ...one time Dinah got caught saying a bad word and I told her that it wasn't nice

Michael was glade that Latoya is teaching her manners he doesn't want her growing up being like her mother

Michael: well that means a lot to me

Latoya: I know

They enjoyed Dinah has she had fun with her cousins Michael loved seeing her happy

Michael captures everything on camera he didn't want to miss anything so when she gets older she can look back at the memories she had as a little girl and of course with her father

Latoya: her birthday is four months away

Michael: I know ...did she tell you what she wanted to be

Latoya: A princess themed birthday

Michael: Ahh ok looks like I have to start planning then

Latoya: need some help

Michael: sure could use you and Janet help

Katherine was happy to see her granddaughter and Michael told her the story on how he found out about it but everyone was glade that she was ok and no longer with her mother

Her mother was trying to break out of jail and so was her so called boyfriend but they get caught every time and got more years added on to that

Dinah has fun with her family and cousins but she was tired out Michael laid her down in the bed to let her take her nap

Janet and Latoya were so happy to be planning her birthday that's coming up in four months all the excitement in one room ...She's going to be five years old time came by so fast

As Michael put the covers over her something fell out of her pillow he picked it up and it was a journal so he walked out and sat down ...he opened it and began reading the tears cane flowing down his face ...her mother really did put her though a lot and he couldn't believe what he was reading

Latoya asked him was he ok and he told her about the 📓

Latoya: she stopped writing in it when you come in her life

Michael: She did

Latoya: yes but don't tell her you read it ...she might get upset if you do

Michael: well I don't want to lie to her

Latoya: I know we'll tell her together

He went to go put her journal back up and the whole family left to go home

Michael took his 🚿 and thought about the journal after that he went to bed and went to sleep
