It's been a month since Barry and Iris dated. They were ready to tell their colleagues about their relationship.
They gathered everyone into the foyer/lounge at work. I'm guessing you're wandering why I called you all here. Well... Iris and I are dating. We kept our relationship a secret until now. Barry explained.
Dating your assistant? Isn't that illegal? Cisco said. No, it's not. Congratulations you two. Caitlin said, eyeing Cisco before congratulating and hugging the couple.
Dad, I hope this is okay. Barry said, looking at Henry. You're a grown man now Barry. You can make your own decisions. But we do have rules here, in Allen Corp. But... I'll allow this one. Henry said, smiling. Thank you dad, Barry said excitedly as he hugged his dad.
After everyone departed, Barry was sitting at his desk in his office, with Iris on his lap. I am so glad we don't have to keep our relationship a secret anymore. And I am so glad my dad approved us. Barry said. Me too. Iris said as they both smiled at each other. I love you Iris West, Barry said. I love you Barry Allen, Iris said before they kissed.
