Setting - You both moved in a small apartment together a year ago so you both can attend classes and can also spend as much time together as possible. What will happen When you try to pull a prank on Jaeden but fail miserably.

Y/N's P.O.V

Today, I was out hanging out with Sophia, Millie and Sadie. We went to a mall for a fun Saturday afternoon. Jaeden was alone at home probably still sleeping. He likes staying in on Saturdays. I came home earlier than I expected and decided it was a good idea to surprise him. I opened the door as quietly as I could and made my way towards our room. I put my ear against the closed door and I heard the shower running. He was probably taking a shower. I slowly opened the door and gently tip-toed in the room like a ninja (I'm stealthy like a ninja😉) so that I can hide in the closet.

I patiently waited in the closet till I heard the bathroom door open. I got ready (reddie) to jump on Jaeden. I was sitting on the floor with all my shopping bags surrounding me so he couldn't see me. The closet door opened and I was just about to jump but his phone rang and he turned in the opposite direction.

"Yes Wy, I will be there. Is Finn coming too?"

Wait what!! Why is Wyatt calling now?? This is clearly not going as planned. Damn Wyatt, I'm going to kill him the next time I see him. Abort mission (abort abort abort)

"Ok I'm just getting into my car gimme a sec" Jaeden said in a hurry as he quickly grabbed a shirt lying around and left

Wait what!!!

I think he is definitely going to come back, he forgot his pants. He ran back in to grab his pants but he forgot to take his wallet. He has to come back right. He just grabbed his wallet and slammed the closet shut even before I could get ready (reddie) again and he locked it.

Damn it!! Omg what will I do of this idiot! He really thinks that if someone broke in our house the first thing they will do is raid a closet filled with boring clothing when there is so much food in the refrigerator.Shit! My phone's dead. Oh no!!

Ugh this is so boring what am I supposed to do alone in a closet there is barely any space to breathe. How long has it even been? Why is there no signal in a closet? Will someone even ever find me here? Why is Jaeden an idiot? Why can't Wyatt ever call at the right time? Whose dumb idea was this? Wait it was mine.

Jaeden's P.O.V

I came back home after hanging out with Wyatt and Finn. Y/N should be home till now. She was supposed to come home 2 hours ago.

"Honey, I'm home"

No reply. That's odd, she always comes running to hug me. Where is she? Probably she is asleep.

I went in our room to check if she is asleep. The room was exactly how I left it. If she was home, why is the room untouched?

Shit! Where is she?? Wasn't she with Sophia, Millie and Sadie. I should call Sophia.

"Soph do u know where Y/N is? She isn't home"

"What?? She isn't home yet but she left 3 hours ago, hold on for a sec. I will ask Millie and Sadie if they know anything."

"Ok"

"Jae, Mills said that she was planning to surprise you or something"

"Surprise me?"

"Apparently, did u look everywhere?"

"Yes I did"

"But did you, you are a dumbass sometimes", Sophia said mysteriously

"I obviously did, I'm not a dumbass"

"Did you check the fridge?"

"Yes.. wait what no! Why will she be in the fridge and then you call me a dumbass"

"Umm the bathtub"

"Yes"

"Under the bed"

"Yes"

"In the closet"

"Wait I didn't check there"

"Go then and call me if she is not there"

"Thanks Soph"

"No problem"

I opened the closet to find all her shopping bags around her as she slept peacefully in the corner. My jacket was draped over her shoulders as she cuddled with my shirt. Aww she looks so cute. I crouched down to move her shopping bags aside and gently took away the shirt from her hand. A whine escaped her lips as she stretched her arms forward looking for something to cuddle with.

I gently picked her up and laid her in our bed pressing a kiss on her forehead, pulling the blanket over her. I quickly changed in some comfortable clothes and got under the blanket, wrapping my arms around her as she cuddled my chest.

"Good night" I whispered in her hair and then I kissed her head and fell asleep.
