Thailah Heinrich was a pure-blood witch that came from two powerful pure-blood families one in America and the other in England. Despite her pure-blood status, she was raised to see pure-bloods, half-bloods, and no-maj-born or muggle-born, as well as no-majs or muggles as equals, either one could be good or bad.
Growing up, she was raised by her father's family but her legal guardian was her dad's eldest brother, William Heinrich alongside his wife, Kathryn Heinrich. They made sure that their niece was well taken care of and followed the Heinrich family values. Thailah was eight years old when she questioned her family about her parents. Her grandmother never answered afraid her only grandchild would blame herself, her grandfather however made sure to express his hatred towards those that were at fault for their death.
William missed his younger brother and as he was Thailah's legal guardian, it was his own decision on whether he would tell her the truth right then or delay it for a little longer. His final decision was to tell her everything. That day, on the eve of her eighth birthday after all the invited guests had left, William and the rest of his family sat in the study prepared to tell the youngest Heinrich the truth of her parents.
Young Thailah was told of her parent's selflessness of making sure their daughter was safe despite knowing that they possibly wouldn't be able to see their little girl grow up and become a beautiful young woman. Despite not remembering them, she vowed to make them proud.
