Taking place almost a year after first becoming Spider-Man, a lot has happened. During this time-span, he's taken down a bunch of new enemies that have joined Norman Osborn in the Raft. Newly graduated and single, due to Gwen moving, Peter's beginning to set his sights on MJ, who has moved back to New York after graduating from drama school. On top of this, he's juggling being a CEO and a side job working for The Daily Bugle. After Otto and Kurt, now employees of Oscorp, find out a way to regenerate limbs using cross-species genetics, something goes terribly wrong, and its up to Spider-Man, Harry, and an old friend, Felicia, to stop the terrorism caused by his new enemy: a giant lizard man that may have closer ties to Spidey than he thinks.
