getting called in again

It was about three in the morning and my phone started to ring, I groaned and turned over and picked up "agent mallard who is this" on the other side of the phone was the director "Markus we need you to come in" I sat up and said "is something wrong sir" he cleared his thought and said " no everything is fine, we just need you to come in for a few missions" I nodded and said "ill be in around" I looked at my clock "around 0800 is that ok sir" "yes that will be just fine, now have a good rest of your night agent" he hung up and I put my phone down and got up, I did my morning stretch and then went out for a run, sure it wasn't that healthy but I helped me stay awake during the day

around 0700 I opened my front door and took a shower and changed into my white button up and black dress pants and blazer with a blue tie and brown dress shoes, then I got into my 1964 Pontiac GTO and drove, after a while I walked into the building and went to the directors office where he would bring me down and introduce me to my new team, I knocked on the door and I heard "come in markus" when I opened the door it was like I was seeing an old friend "hello sir" I smiled as I walked over to shake his hand I looked at him and said "its truly and honor to be back sir" he nodded and said "well lets get going I have to introduce you to your team" he walked out and went to the elevator and I followed and pressed the button for the bullpen

when we go to the floor the director cleared his thought and looked at the team I was assigned to and the first face I saw was Jethro, I smiled and the second face I saw was tony who was a junior agent when I got transferred to another division, he got up and almost started to fan girl and he just bombarded me with questions and I slapped him in the back of the head just like the old days, the only one the director needed to introduce me to was a former secret service agent who left after the day Gibbs shot the man who was going to kill the president I looked at he and smiled I then walked over to my desk that was assigned to me and the director went back to hi office, looked at gibbs and smiled "hello love" Kate looked at me and gibbs then at tony "welcome back agent mallard" he looked at me and smirked

"wait, mallard like ducky" I looked at her and said "yeah he's my uncle/father figure" I then opened a file on my desk and kate said "wow that's new, well its nice to meet you sir" she then got up and pulled tony aside and I heard as clear as day "why did he just call gibbs love" I chuckled and looked at gibbs and asked "you haven't told her have you" he looked at me and said " no and I don't have to" he then got a call about ducky has something to show him and he took me down to autopsy and I stepped out first and walked in and said "ducky I'm home" he turned around and smiled and said "Markus my boy how are you" I smiled back and said "good" gibbs then walked in and we said in unison "so you got something"
