so easy to come back
so hard to stick around
you get to leave
when you want a change of scenery
when what i have to offer
isn't interesting anymore
you leave and i stay
the feelings disappear
you're with someone else
i'm still right here
open and easy
and you find your way back
like you never left
door still spinning
bed still empty,
waiting,
welcome home
