I roll up the joint and light it, taking a breath of it. I blow out a puff of smoke and close my eyes. "Fuckin' hell..."
I sigh and lean back in the bed, putting the joint back in my mouth. Charlotte does the same, closing her eyes.
It's been almost two weeks since Fred was executed. The day after, a few rooms were opened on the now-accessible third floor. There's a bar, a pool, a TV room, and a workshop. There weren't any other stairs, though, which leads us to believe that there's nothing else here.
Charlotte sighs and looks over to me. "What are we doing?"
I sigh, taking the joint from my mouth. "For once, I don't really know."
I close my eyes and lean back into the pillow. I suddenly feel her hand on my thigh, and I look over to her. She's smiling. "Are you okay?"
I sigh. "I'm fine."
She scoots closer, putting her arms around me. "You sure you don't have any idea of what to do today?"
I glance towards her and sigh. "No I don't, like I've said."
She smiles, pushing me onto my back. "What about doing you?"
I look up at her, unamused. She's smiling endearingly down at me, and, to be honest, it's quite annoying. "Will it shut you up for a bit?"
She giggles. "I suppose that depends.~"
I sigh. "Not in the mood, sorry."
She frowns, glancing away. "...Okay. Maybe later then..."
I push her to the side and sit on the edge of the bed, tossing the joint in the trash. I sigh, standing up. "I'm heading out."
She nods. "I'll be waiting when you get back, okay?"
When I reach the lobby of the dorms, I see Madeline talking with Thomas. She glances over at me. "Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I think this is the first time you've been out of your room in a week. You get tired of fucking your girlfriend already?"
I glare at her then flip her off. "If you don't watch your mouth, the other's will have a trial to worry about."
She smirks. "Lucky for them, it will be obvious."
Thomas sighs. "C'mon guys. Let's just get along already. It's been almost two months now."
I scoff. "As if Madeline and I could ever get along. The sooner someone comes to get us, the sooner I can get away from you fuckers."
Madeline grins. "I agree."
Thomas just goes silent, and I start walking to the school.
I start heading upstairs, but I'm immediately stopped when I hear the bell. I glance to a monitor, seeing Monokuma appear. "You know, I thought you guys would've killed someone else by now, but I guess I overestimated you all." He sighs. "Just come to the lecture hall. I have something to give you. Oh, and if you don't come, I'll murder you."
I groan and start heading downstairs again, going to the lecture hall. I enter the room, kicking my feet up on the desk and closing my eyes.
I hear the rest of them get inside, sitting in the rows below me. I open my eyes when Monokuma appears. "So, I've gathered you all here to give you a motive! We all have our secrets, don't we? Now, what if... we didn't. Doesn't that sound like fun?"
I sigh. "So what're you gonna do? You gonna read them tomorrow?"
Monokuma grumbles. "So... you're just gonna sap out the fun, are you?" He suddenly grins. "Well, since you ruined that, how about I just tell them to you all right now?!"
He glares at me. "Tsuki and Caleb. I'm sure you two will get this immediately."
Caleb looks at me, panicked. I chuckle. "We fucked, right?"
Monokuma and Caleb just stare blankly at me. Monokuma growls. "I've just about had it with you!"
I smirk. "But you can't hurt me. It's against the rules, isn't it?"
Monokuma grins. "Why, no it isn't."
I smirk. "Then why aren't you doing anything? Are you that much of a coward?"
Monokuma goes silent for several moments. He suddenly speaks without the goofy voice. "I thought you could do better. It turns out that I was wrong about you, Maru..."
We all go silent, and I stare at him, horrified. He brings out a remote. "It turns out that you don't even deserve to play this game any longer."
My eyes go wide as Monokuma pushes the button, and I suddenly feel a sharp pain... then nothing. I stare out at my class, trembling in shock. I look down at my body, seeing the handle of a spear and pink blood. I look up at Monokuma, and everything fades away to nothingness.
