Rani did not want kabir and pooja to interact. She quickly interjected..
Rani : I will give you your share of the property on one condition, you can't stay here. Anyways, Its not easy to find a buyer soon. I know you are here with a plan and I won't let you succeed; my family don't want you in his house.
Pooja : too bad that your family and you don't want me here! But this is my house too and I will stay here and rani you out of all people should know better than to put conditions before me.
Kabir : I will buy your property. I will buy your share in the house and your textile company.  My lawyer will call you, you quote your price and he will get the papers ready at the earliest. (Everyone looked at kabir's declaration in shock) you wanted to start a new life, hence you left us, all of us without a backward glance. Even we have a new life now and you don't affect us anymore. We all have moved on. 2 days pooja!!! within 2 days I will get my house, my factory back from you. Till than if you want to stay in this house, fine. There is a guest room, make yourself comfortable there because you are nothing more than an unwelcomed guest now.
Pooja : (mocking)Kabir, you will buy my property? Do you even know the worth of the property? That textile company is the same one where you once worked, not so long ago, as a mere worker! Oh wait!!! have you and your brother started professional kidnapping agency! Clearly that would explain sudden windfall of money.
Kabir : I am the only one who knows the exact worth of the property. That factory workers are the people who were besides me during my worst days. Supported me when you were out there to destroy me. I will make sure they have a good boss who considers them as a family. I will pay for it even if I have to sell my everything to buy that factory. 
Rani thought about what kabir said. Was this kabir's only interest in the factory, well being of those workers?!
This couldn't be kabir and pooja di's plan. Kabir looked clearly hurt with pooja. They couldn't be together in this. If kabir was with pooja, he wouldn't have tried for years to buy that factory from her,  and pooja di, she wouldn't have been able to stay away from that orphanage. But pooja Di has changed, she even back answered mom! it's good though, now kabir will know how selfish pooja Di is!!!! Poor kabir he fell in love with the wrong sister. Now that pooja Di will be truly out of kabir's life there would be no need of that parasite kavya. She thought she should just focus on getting rid of dhruv and kavya now.
Kavya and suman were happy with the hostile exchange between kabir and pooja.
Kavya came to suman in suman's bedroom.
Kavya : maa, please don't be sad. It's actually a good thing that pooja is alive and back.
Suman : what are you saying kavya, you know how kabir feels about her.
Kavya : maybe we were wrong all this time. Kabir was attached to  the factory just because he cared for the well being of the workers!  And he runs the NGO because he feels guilty about dad's deeds.
Suman : maybe but pooja is back now. She will surely bring problems.
Kavya : no mom, I feel now that kabir has seen how pooja has moved on, he too will get a closure from her. He too will think about starting a new life. Kavya thought hopefully now kabir will give their relationship another chance. Last night at dinner she had seen how kabir looked at Aarush and her, there was a longing for a family in his eyes. Aarush will definitely bring her and kabir closer.
Suman : I hope bappa blesses my son And he gets all the love and happiness in life.
Kabir left the house for factory. Pooja made herself comfortable in the guest room and later left for the factory herself; she hoped she could get a chance to talk to kabir there. Thankfully kabir had reacted in sync with her plan. She didnt share her plan beforehand with kabir because she knew he wouldnt agree to it. Her blood was curling after amma had disclosed what kabir had to go through at the hands of rani. She wasn't kidding when she said she would go all janhvi over rani. If ved's protection wasn't a concern, she would have gone janhvi way with rani already. She had long ago accepted her dark side. It was simple in her mind, if someone hurts the person she loves, they are getting the shit back tenfold. She wasn't a typical television bahu of the house. She was a hell fire who knew how to avenge her loved ones and take pride in it.
Kabir called amma as soon as he was out of the house. Amma told kabir that she confided everything to pooja and she was furious with rani and was convinced that this plan was the only way.  Kabir was glad that atleast ved was in Mumbai with amma, he was safe for now. He needed to talk to pooja at the earliest. They had ved now, she had to curb her alter ego, she can't go janhvi way again.  He hoped and prayed to god that this step of pooja, not bring anymore devastation in their lives. He was hurt that she did not discuss this plan with him first. Will this woman ever trust him with anything? He thought ruefully. Moreover, how would dhruv react on seeing pooja. He knew dhruv was heart broken on hearing pooja's suicide. Had His marriage with rani helped me move on? More importantly his own insecurities over dhruv and pooja were rearing it's ugly head. He remembered Pooja was hurt when dhruv married rani was it because she couldn't stop her sister from making a wrong decision or because she secretly had feelings for dhruv. Was this the reason she had not been able to truly love him even after sharing a child with him?
Pooja reached factory, but dhruv met her at the reception.
Dhruv : pooja I want to talk to you.
Pooja : dhruv there is nothing to talk about.
Dhruv : please pooja, I need to tell you something.
Pooja reluctantly went to the factory's  garden cafe with dhruv.
Dhruv : I want to apologise for kidnapping you. I was so hurt that I just wanted to hurt you back. I crossed a line there. No matter your motives but you had never harmed me physically. Even when you did not press charges against me, which was generous of you, I was mad and I shouldn't have married rani. That was my biggest mistake. I thought you loved kabir my brother of all people hence I wanted to hurt you.
Pooja was very uncomfortable at that moment. Like always, Dhruv did not notice her discomfort and continued.
Dhruv : when I got to know about your suicide I realised how worthless my revenge was. Trust me Pooja I am happy that you are alive. I want you to be happy in life. And I hope you find it in you to forgive me someday.
Pooja : dhruv, I am not angry at you. Even I am sorry that I used you but trust me I had searched for the evidence against your father. I couldn't get any proof as he had destroyed all of them. Moreover he had bought the police commissioner. I knew I won't get any justice in legal way. Hence as a last resort I had to use you.
Dhruv : I understand now. I was actually mad because I...I had hoped that somehow while faking the relationship you would fall in love for real with me too.
Pooja was stunned by dhruv's confession.
