Both of Amaris's parents gathered their things so they could head to Diagon Alley to school supply shop. Once they had finished they all linked arms and apparated to the entrance of Diagon Alley.
They made their way through the crowds to Flourish and Blots, just for them to see a platinum blonde head. Amaris ran forward, pulling the blonde headed boy into a bone crushing hug.
"DRACO!!!!"
"AMARIS!!!!"
He laughed and hugged her back as they broke apart. She then realized that people were staring, causing her face to turn a bright shade of pink.
"Happy bloody birthday Mari!", Draco said excitedly.
"Thanks Dray!", Amaris smiled back happily.
"Amaris, Draco, come on. We need to get your books before the line gets too long," Catalina, Amaris's mother, says quickly while ushering the kids inside.
Draco and Amaris looked around in awe, seeing all the books lining the walls.
