I woke up by the large noises that came from notifications and alarms, I groaned as I felt my tense joints crack while I grabbed my phone from the bedside table quickly turning the alarm off.

vision blurry, while i opened the messaged announcement our front desk manager soyeon sent us every morning for our schedule.

❝ It's eight...❞ i slowly sat up from the sheets, my arms and back aching from staying up late since last week by the stacks of work my professors gave me.

❝ Two more years to go irene-ah... And then you're finenally out of this hell hole.. ❞ I mumbled, staring at the clock on my bedside table.

❝ JOOHYUN RISE AND SHINE!❞

there goes my not so peaceful morning that got even worse

❝ Kang Seulgi i swear to god if you won't shut up I will smash your head against that clock on my table. ❞

I glared at my hyper roommate when this ball of fluff only tackled me down  on my bed trapping me in a bear hug.

❝ Yah! Seulgi..! let go of me you brat!❞

❝ Stop being a grumpy grandma in the morning..! i was waiting for you to wake up so we can get breakfast..! ❞

Seulgi whined, i sighed and let the warmth absorb me. my roommate Kang Seulgi would always give me morning hugs. not that Im complaining.

❝ get up! ❞

I yelped when she hit my ass and let me go with the biggest smile on her face.

❝ I swear if I get up from this bed ill make you pay for that! ❞

❝ You think I'm scared of you hyun? you couldn't even kill the wasp that flew in the bathroom two weeks ago!❞

❝ Wasps are scary and they look like cockroaches! ❞

we can't have one normal morning without us being idiots can we?
