Chapter Eleven.

Camila could feel her breath shortening rapidly, her stomach and her throat becoming tighter under Lauren's intense stare and she didn't know how to control the tears which are threatening to escape. She managed to force most of them away, leaving only the occasional water drop to subtly stream down her reddened cheeks. The look that is been given to her by the darker haired girl isn't helping her nerves either, only increasing the heavy pounding of her heart.

She wanted to disregard the question with a chuckle and a comment which makes Lauren completely forget about the subject but the green eyes are boring into hers almost pleadingly, begging to be told the truth that she craves to hear. More time passes by with the only sound heard being Camila's shallow breathing. She closes her eyes, her eyelids blocking the view of Lauren and making her nerves disappear slightly. "Yes, I'm Karla." Camila whispers and Lauren shakes her head to the side, the words hitting her forcefully and causing her to shrink further into the younger girls inviting embrace.

"How long have you known for? You could of told me and it would of made things so much easier for us." Lauren replies and traces the tips of her fingers along the outline of Camila's face, wondering how the hell she has missed the fact that Camila and Karla are actually the same people. No wonder that she developed a crush on the both of them, being the one to not usually like somebody as easily as she began to like Camila and Karla. Camila hesitates a little whilst looking at Lauren, her entire body tense and filled with uncertainty on what is going to happen between her and Lauren now that the truth is out.

"Honestly Lauren, I really didn't know how to tell you about this because I was afraid that I would scare you away. Think about it, if I had told you that I was the one you've been openly admitting everything to over past months, how would you react?... I've known since you first spoke to me in the auditorium after you told me about talking to the girl online." Camila admits to Lauren softly, her voice hitting from Lauren's face making the older girl release a tiny giggle.

Lauren tucks Camila's hair behind her ear and raises her eyebrows as she thinks about what to do. "You're right, I'm sorry Camz. I'm just confused because I don't know what we are going to do now. We can't just brush past this and act like we have been over this week. Now I know you, I know the real you and you know the real me too. Our relationship has changed because of being the people we've been talking to online and I don't know if its for the better or for the worst but I do know that I want to be able to do this..." Lauren trails off her words, leaning forward to leave a feather light kiss to Camila's still swollen lips. "How do you feel about me knowing everything about your family and your personal life? Do you regret opening up to Megan now that you know that she is actually me?"

Camila immediately shakes her head to the side, not knowing how Lauren would think that after the kiss they've just shared with one another. "Do you think I would kiss you like that if I regretted everything I have told you? Lauren if anything I am glad that you're Megan, that way I don't have to choose between you and her. I guess it explains why I had a crush on both of you though." Camila playfully rolls her eyes and Lauren chuckles in response, her arms returning to their position on the back of Camila's neck as she stayed straddling the girl.

Her fingers gripped her neck and she smiled when Camila bit down on her lip, chewing it in her mouth slightly. "You're not too bad yourself Cabello...I guess you could say I've got a crush on you too." Lauren answers her after a moment and Camila blushes, still not used to seeing and hearing this kindhearted side of Lauren.

"Karla are you suddenly deaf or are you just igno- WHOA." Both teenagers look towards the bedroom door where Sierra is stood, staring at the position they are in with confusion and expectancy. Camila is quick to push Lauren off of her, adverting her eyes to look at anything but her sister and her friend-slash-crush or whatever they are in their relationship. Lauren sits beside Camila with her head bowed down, willing herself not to glance up and catch the questioning eye of Sierra because she doesn't want to be under her interrogation.
