after he was done showering he put on new clothes consisting of another pair of sweatpants and a white hoodie. he dried his hair to an almost completely dry but messy state with a towel since he didn't want to use a blow dryer, knowing it would wake up kihyun. then the younger left the bathroom and went to the dining area, taking out a glass of the cupboard above the sink and filling it with water. he leaned against the counter of the oven and turned around to watch kihyun. he laid there, sleeping peacefully. he looked cute. changkyun couldn't help but smile at the sight of his hyung cuddling into the blanket and his face buried in the cushion. he watched him turn around, cuddling into the other side. when his glass then was empty a few minutes after, he put it into the sink and headed back to the bed. the younger had to go around since kihyun laid rather on the right side of the bed and after turnung off the light, he slowly slid under the covers. changkyun turned around as well to not face kihyun, still afraid that he could get him sick. and just as the maknae closed his eyes, he suddenly heard kihyun move behind him. he mumbled something inaudible for changkyunto understand, but it didn't matter because right after that, the older put his arms around the younger's waist and shuffled closer.
"i like your shampoo, kyun." kihyun softly whispered into changkyun's hair, sleepily. the maknae felt a slight shiver running down his spine, but couldn't help and let a smile creep onto his lips. he waited for kihyun to say something else but stopped, as he heard him breathe roughly against his neck, realizing that he was asleep again. then changkyun closed his eyes and fell asleep right away, cuddling his back against kihyun's chest. and the next morning, none of them woke up by themselves. they both woke up to minhyuk's voice.
"awww! shownu, wonho! hyungs, look!" he screeched at the door after unlocking it with the second key from the manager. they were actually waiting for them, but since neither kihyun nor changkyun woke up earlier, they decided to wake them up instead. it was 12:54 pm at that time. however, when minhyuk entered the room, he was met with the cutest sight. changkyun and kihyun were sleeping peacefully, cuddling against each other. kihyun's arms were locked around changkyun's small waist while the younger was cuddled up with his back against the other's chest and kihyun's head resting in the crook of changkyun's neck. it was so adorable and when minhyuk saw them, he couldn't help but screech in joy. he always thought that changkyun and kihyun would look good together. all of them knew that between these two was something more than membership. and this right there seemed to be a first step, because as much as they are close to each other as members and friends, this was not something seen as normal for them. and well, kihyun did love changkyun just like changkyun loved kihyun, but not only as hyung and maknae. there was something more and it wouldn't take much longer until they'd start realizing it too.
