2- use a good body scrub(scrubs will also help your tan stay

3- use vaseline you can put it on your elbows, on your feet, put it in your socks and let it sit overnight, wake up to smooth feet, you can also scrub lemon on your elbows and feet too

4- use a good hand cream before you go to sleep, dove and baby skin is perfect
