Kongpob POV

"Demon attack." I muttered, mostly to myself. That was the case of being a demon slayer, you can be interrupted at any moment at any time to respond to a demon activity in the area. P'Fang left again while the bodyguard remained.

"M Krato and Kongpob Marvel." He said.

"Marvel?" P'Arthit blinked intensely. "Owner of the Crime paranormal investigating corp and Oceanelectric company?"

"Yes, sir. Mr. Kongpob is the son of Mr. Marvel." said the bodyguard.

"As in he belongs to the Marvel family?" P'Arthit asked.

"Indeed." The bodyguard smiled. "I hope you'll be his friend."

My eyes flew to P'Arthit and he was already sneering at me, both fists were clenching.

I glanced back to the bodyguard. "Afraid that's not gonna happen."

Because it was already his hobby to tease me.

"Anyway as much as you love catching up with Mr. Marvel." The bodyguard said to P'Arthit. " I'd like him to excuse his training due to his mission. Mr. Krato, Mr. Marvel. Head northwest of the city. Young children have been vanishing. Since Sunday we can sense a demonic presence around the place."

"Are you guys for real?" P'Arthit said in disbelief.

"Northwest?" M said, he finally sat up on the bench. "Isn't that where Sacred heart church is?"

"Yes." The bodyguard nodded. "They gather all around the place after school, playing with other children. However, every after five in the afternoon. Some of them just disappear."

"Don't you think you'd be a little paranoid?" asks P'Arthit.

Wtf? He just wanted me to stay here because he wants to torture me.

The bodyguard looked at him. "We wouldn't be asking these two if our system was absolutely uncertain. Demon slayers are the only ones who can stop them. I highly suggest that you come with them since you're a mentor."

"How did you know?" P'Arthit initially frowned.

"You're wearing the mentor's uniform."

P'Arthit looked down at his torso. "Oh, yeah."

"We believe that prior to the system in the company, we can perceive demon activities in the city." I said to P'Arthit.

"Now you know why." M smiled proudly.

"Once more." The bodyguard turned his head toward me. "Your dad wanted to complete your mission to compensate for your needs." He straightened his back and he looked at the three of us. "I want you, Gear hearts to investigate this demon discreetly."

"You're sure about this?" I asked P'Arthit.

He waved his hand off. "Fine. Fine. Just because your bodyguard says so."

"Well, I saw what they can do first hand, and I know these two will find some way to pull it through." The bodyguard said. "They weren't called terrible two for nothing. Isn't that right?"

************
I went to the locker room after my dad's bodyguard left to change.

I was about to slip my shirt when somebody shoved me off against the wall.

"What're you doing?" I asked, my chest throbbing.

"Trying to be famous huh?" P'Arthit clutched my shirt.

"It's not enough to punish me?"

"if you ever dare provoke me again. Becareful or I will punch a hole in your head!" P'Arthit said sharply.
