Wenhe Feng [ BL Story ]

32 - The Long Wait

Galloping through the silent forest was enjoyable for Wenhe Feng. They took the shortcut from the Heaven Palace to the Sky Palace.

The father and son stallions are racing who'll get in first to reach the Sky Palace while their Masters are enjoying the warm breeze of the wind.

Orion neigh while catching up to his father. Beast heard his son's neigh and intentionally slowed down which Beast neigh back to his son. The young stallion just rolled his eyes and snorted for his father's kindness while he run faster to reach his father's side.

"Big brother! Beast is so fast." Wenhe Feng called loudly while slowly approaching the other man and his horse. "But Orion is more steady and I like it" he patted Orion's silky black hair, praising the beautiful young stallion.

Chang Yihuo quickly command Beast to take a halt as the other stallion follows.

Standing side by side with their black stallions was quite a beautiful sight for anyone who saw it. Wenhe Feng had a rosy cheeks and eyes sparkles while smiling all along while the Young Lord Chang had still his strong aura yet his lips curved upward and eyes focus at the beauty in front of him. "Let's slow down for a bit. " he said then pat Beast to let the horse move again but in a slow pace.

"But Big Brother. Have you forgotten? You have your morning ceremony" Wenhe Feng said in worry.

Chang Yihuo maneuvered Beast to walk beside Orion. He reach up his hand to Wenhe Feng's slight messy hair and tuck a strand of an disobedient hair to the young man's ear "They can wait. The ceremony won't start without me. It's the protocol by the headmaster of the Sky Palace" he's gazed set at the beautiful rosy face of the young man.

The Young Lord had been scolded by the Young Master Wenhe for awhile now yet he wasn't angry. He was patiently listened at the young man and Chang Yihuo would also answered to eased up Wenhe Feng's worry.

Upon receiving the reply by his Big Brother. He pouted, that's already sixth times that Big Brother reply to him without a care about the morning ceremony.

The young man pouted "Alright." he said slightly upset. Actually, he was just excited to enter the Sky Palace for the first time. He wanted to meet people and made friends. Roaming around Xuéyuàn and most improtantly to learned. Wenhe Feng never forget about his one goal to be able to learned martial arts. He doesn't wanted to be a warrior because he obviously knew to himself that he wasn't worthy to be handed the sword but only a pen and paper to used to fight nevertheless. He wanted to learned to defend and counterattack for any future fights.

[Note: What he means is that he couldn't fight with a sword. But through writings and words that he could help to fight and protect for his Kingdom. Being Knowledgeable is also a weapon to kill the enemies.]

Chang Yihuo sigh as he noticed his little red daisy's cute pout. He couldn't help to chuckle when the little flower glared at him back which he stops.

He look up to see the sun's already at the highest peak in the morning. This concluded that there's only fifteen minutes left before the students gathered at the Sky Palace's centre where the ceremony would held every monday morning.

Chang Yihuo doesn't mind to be late for once. Most of the ceremonies are all perfect attendance by him and he wasn't late. Now, he doesn't care because he wanted to spend time with Wenhe Feng. He even wanted to skip class too. However, he also knew how Wenhe Feng anticipated for this day.

The young Lord sigh again "Little Feng" he called gently. Little Feng turned to look at the young Lord cutely. Chang Yihuo can't help to pinched those rosy cheeks which the cheeks turns more red. "I'll give you 10 seconds head starts" he teased.

Wenhe Feng smiled "Make that 20, Big brother"

Chang Yihuo laugh and nodded. He shouldn't be selfish and try to give anything for Little Feng's happiness.

Suddenly, the young Lord was caught off guard when his litte red daisy's carefully lean over to him and give him a kiss on his cheek after saying "Thank you, Big Brother" then both the young man and the young stallion sets off quickly.

The young Lord was dumbfounded. This is the second time that Wenhe Feng initially kiss him. He grinned "That silly flower" and waited for 20 seconds to catch his little red daisy.

Meanwhile, the young Lord doesn't know how flustered our Wenhe Feng is. He was embarrassed of what he done but he felt that his heart is happy.
