I walked into class and sat down at my desk like normal. My helper signed to me while the teacher was talking to the class.
*Today we are getting a two new students so be nice to them*
I started to get kind of nervous considering I'm not usually very good meeting new people. When someone doesn't know your deaf it can be kind of complicated to explain to them when they don't sign.
*ok the new students will introduce themselves now*
The first student was a girl with long blue hair and glasses. She wore a black and white dress with a small orange bow near the top.
*My name is Tsumugi Shirogane nice to meet you guys*

She sat down at a desk then the other student introduced himself.
*Hi I'm kokichi ouma the ultimate supreme leader!*
Kokichi had bouncy purple hair and wore a white outfit with a black and white checkered scarf, He was actually pretty cute!

The boy then sat next to you!?
*ok class now were going to watch a video about hope and despair*
Kokichi turned to you and said something but you couldn't hear him.
You signed at him *I'm deaf I can't hear you sorry*
He looked confused making you worry you messed up. The turned to talk to Angie who was on the other side of him. You were upset, kokichi probably thought you ignored him.
Everyone then gave you a surprised look. What did I do?
Your helper signed to you *y/n are you alright? You made a whimper sound*
You blushed in embarrassment *I think kokichi thinks I ignored him because he might not know I'm deaf*
She then told kokichi what I said and he gave me a note that said "sorry I didn't know you were deaf"
Time skip to lunch.
You sat at a table alone as usual. It's not like anyone would bother talking to the deaf kid. You wished you could disappear from this stupid school.
Kokichi supriseily sat down next to you and he brought a paper and pen so he could talk to you. This made you happy and you both because friends a while after.
After awhile kokichi had been hanging out with you alot at school and you both quickly became best friends. But you somehow started feeling different towards him.
Its probaly nothing though! You happily walked to lunch to go sit with him.
