Sadness isn't a mental problem and sadness was never meant to become a pinnacle of truth, no.
Sadness is a feeling, anyone feels it, and it doesn't make favorites or make discriminations, it just makes people. People that are able to show their true feeling, people that are trying to make it through each day, whether they make it individually or with the help of those that think they know what to say, trying to babble out the feelings they wanted you to have.
It took too long, maybe, and yea, there were days where you never wanted to get out of bed, other days where you wouldn't wake up, and sometimes, you never slept. But maybe, just maybe a bit of help, maybe a push in the right direction takes some time to find, and sitting in the wrong shouldn't be that bad.
Sitting in the wrong just makes you look around more, gives you a different perspective, and maybe a different perspective is necessary, maybe some specific answers or questions is what you need, a look in the opposite direction, a look at something new.
Being sad for no reason isn't supposed to be a problem, a mental deficiency and a feeling that should be diagnosed by doctors.
Sadness.
Isn't.
Bad.
