Something's missing

Camila's pov;

I had a wide smile on my face after i ended my solo stage and the crowds cheered so loud that it made my smile widened

I thanked them and ran happily backstage into the girls's awaiting arms

"you did great out there camz! Oh my god that was amazing!" Lauren hugged me tighter

"Yeah mila that was dope, no pun intended but why didn't you tell any of us that you were writing?" Mani said

We all laughed

"Well none of you ask and i want to make it as a surprise to everyone" i shyly said

This time Dinah was the one that hugged me even tighter to the point she lifted me up from the floor and I squealed

"Dinah! Put me down!"

She laughed and put me back down but with a proud smile on her face

"Let's go and celebrate Camila's song!" Ally cheered and we made our way back to the dressing room

Once we were inside, i saw my mamá and the girl's

"Hija, you did wonderful up there. Estoy muy orgullosa de ti, hija mía"

I gave her a soft smile. Still can't believe I really did THAT

All of them awed and we, by we i meant the girls,the parents, the crew and I did a group hug.

"Come on Guys,let's go and celebrate!" This time it was Lauren that spoke up excitedly

As we made our way to the exit, one thing bothered me.

Y/n hasn't text or call me yet and that left me wondering if she watch it or did she not like it?

Right on cue, my phone rings

A wide smile appeared and I immediately answered the phone when i saw her name

"BABY WHAT THE FREAKING FICKS?!"

She yelled and if it's a text i would probably assumed she didn't like it but right now, i can hear the smile on her voice and that made me sigh in relief

I laughed

"Did you like it?" I asked

There was a pause and I started to feel nervous

"....." still pure silence

"Hello? Did you not like it?" I asked her with sadness in my voice

"Like?! I FREAKING LOVE IT YOU AMAZING AND GORGEOUS AND QUEEN OF VOCALS!"

"I'm glad, thought you didn't when you left me with silence"

"Sorry, i was controlling myself from freaking out but that obviously didn't work"

I laughed and we were engulfed with silence then i sighed

"I miss you"

"I know baby and i miss you too but we have to be strong"

I nodded even though she can't see me

Suddenly Lauren came rubbing my back and that's when I realized i was crying

I quickly wiped the tears and gave Lauren a reassuring smile

"It's time to go and celebrate your song" She told me and I nodded

"Y/n/n I'm sorry but i have to go, we're celebrating my song" i told her sadly cause i want to talk to her longer

"It's okay, go and have fun babe"
