I Wish

I wish I could be a kid forever,

That's why the sky stays blue. 

I wish I could have my head in the clouds forever,

Because then all my dreams could come true.

I wish that I will never change

Because getting older isn't always a good thing.

I wish the world would stay black and white

With no room for grey in between.

I wish to be me forever,

So that way,

When I laugh

When I cry

When I smile

. . . I'll know it's for real

And not just another dream.
