falling in love
sounds like
you're bound
to get hurt.
maybe it's the insanity,
but tripping and falling?
ouch.
i don't want to
get my knee scraped
on the cement.
the rock hard, low love.
i'd rather
love myself,
all of it,
and that way i know,
i can control
if i fall out of it.
