Now that the truth about Pink Diamond is out, Holly Blue Agate and Aquamarine are more fearful of Steven. Steven is aware of this though and called the two of them into the Diamond Throne room. Upon Pink Diamond's throne, he asks them about their behavior, to which they respond accordingly. Steven then says that he'll forgive them as they pledge their loyalty to him now. Holly Blue gets down on her hands and knees and promises to serve him, while Aquamarine just bows. Both of the Diamond insignias on each of their outfits then fades from blue to pink, symbolizing the change of loyalty. The picture above shows as much, but what happened after has Steven coming down from his throne and kissing Holly Blue and Aquamarine on their foreheads. Both gems then blushed for the first time in their existence.
