As proven by the first half of Steven Universe Future, not everyone can change or want to change. It's sad, yeah, but I feel like it was important for Steven to realize this at this time. Above is Steven and the gems thus far that have been the most linear in terms of behavior. Notice, I did include Jasper because of the events of Little Homeschool but still, I feel like she has the potential to change. She'll just have to do it on her own though.
