Chapter 20: Max's Adventure

This is a pretty special chapter! I'm only doing one or two of these chapters per Arc.! It's when a chapter more focused on the pokèmon, not the trainers. Oh yeah i'm nor putting the way they talk on this one since it focuses on them. So anyways, onwards to the STORY! (Short chapter warning)

Max was woken up by a familiar looking figure. It was Saura.
"Come follow me." She said. "Okay where are we going?" Max asked Saura went towards the window and said. "Just follow me."
Max followed her as they hit the ground. Since it was only around a 3 feet fall it wasn't painful.
Max thought about how the humans would react when they found out they were gone. Thankfully, he was so smart he could write in human language. "Saura wait, let me tell our trainers we left, okay?"
Saura nodded and then waited for Max. Max wrote a note for Gray.
Dear Gray,
Me and Saura went out! We'll be back by breakfast.
From, Max.
Max then slipped the note near by Gray. He then left again to Saura "okay i did it." Max said as he landed on the ground. "Alright, now follow me."
Some time later...
They arrived at a spot full of flowers and surrounded with butterfree. "Wow..." Max said as he looked around in awe. He then went and picked a flower and placed it on Saura's head. "It looks good on you!" Max said as Saura blushed and said. "Thanks Max."
They both then laid down on the meadow, looking around as butterfree dance around. "Um... Max." Saura said as Max looked at her and asked. "Yes, Saura?"
Saura took a look at the sky, showing that several Pidgey were flying past. "Do you still have a crush on me?" She asked Max looked at her and then looked back at the flowers.
"Well... To be honest I do..." He was ready to get a slap with her vine just like before. But it never happened. "Why?" Max asked, breaking the ice.
"Oh... Um... Well..." Saura said. Right at that moment a powerful Fearow came in the picture. "You! Give me those berries!" Fearow said while pointing to several Oran Berries behind them. "Huh? No way!" Max said. "Okay then, i'll force them off you!"
Fearow then went to attack then was stopped by Max's Razor Leaf. The pokemon clashed as Saura just watched, scared and yet impressed that Max can take the Flying Type. "Get away!" Max yelled as then Fearow used Peck but Max tried his best to withstand the attack.
Saura then wanted to help so she used Leech Seed on it. Fearow then went down and said. "Ah! Get this damn thing off me!" Then was knocked out cold with a vine whip.
"Glad that's over..." Max said slightly tired from the battle. "Y-you saved me?" Max nodded and said. "Well you are my friend..." Saura then gave him a hug and Max blushed.
"I still haven't told you..." Saura said, giving a slightly nervous tone. "Oh? What is it?" Max said as then Saura takes a deep breath and says. "I like you too." Max was surprised. He didn't think this day would come. He was frozen. "Max?" Saura said as he was brought back to reality. "Huh? Oh uh... Wow really?!"
Saura nodded and then they hugged one more time and then Max asked. "So.. Are we dating?" Saura shrugged and told him. "If you want to." Max then quickly nodded a yes. Then everything that day for max was perfect...
1 hour later...
They had already joined up with their trainers once again. "Wow, Max i didn't know you could write in English!" Gray said as Max nodded and said his usual 'Ivysaur' talk. "Yeah! I can write in human!" Max said, still translated. "Where's Saura?" Pink asked.
Right at that time Saura came out. She was behind Max, and Pink saw the purple flower on her head. "Awwww! It's so cute!" Pink said as she went to hug Saura. They both smiled. Max saw that only Pink and Gray were there for some reason. "Where's the two other humans?" Max asked, still translated. "Huh? What's that?" Gray asked.
Max then played a game of charades and then Gray finally got it. "Oh! Orange and Brown went to battle Erika first, we just stayed for you guys." Gray said as Pink nodded and then they saw that Max and Saura weren't just friends anymore.
"Hey, Pink, look. They're a couple now!" Gray said as Saura then gabe a kiss to Max on the cheek. "Aww! They are!!" Pink said excitedly. We're pretty sure they already knew this day would come eventually. "Okay, Max, ready to train!" Gray said.
Max nodded a 'no' and Gray then gave a slightly disappointed look. "Oh... Okay, you two can play here then!" Gray said as Pink then told him. "Max won't really make much of a difference, he is strong, but grass type moves are 4x weaker than normal on Erika's pokèmon."
Gray then got his confidence high again and said. "You're right Pink! Let's go train together then." Pink nodded then they went out the door.
"So what now?" Saura asked as Max then said. "Let's go, i want to give you something..."
20 minutes later...
They arrived at a tree full of great berries. Max picked around 20, 10 for each. Then they both started eating the Berries joyfully.
"Thanks Max." Saura said as she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Anything for you, Saura." Max said as he returned the kiss. "You know we should really get our trainers together..." Saura said as she ate an Oran Berry.
Max nodded and said. "Yeah, let's write a note saying that your trainer likes him!" Saura then smiled brightly and said. "That's a great idea!" They then continued to eat the berrys.
