we will look back
at all the things
that kept us up at night
and made us cry out loud
in despair and wonder
how we couldn't see
the bright side
that was right in front of us,
even if it was just
a glimmer it was still there.
One day
we will look back
at all the choices we made
and how they led us
up to this moment
and wonder
if we did everything right
without realizing
that nothing is ever
right or wrong.
