and i could not believe you.
because we have not seen or talked
to each other for almost two years.
we ended things abruptly and without a farewell. it still bothers me
to know that i was that easy to replace.
i laughed when you said it to me.
you were surprised about it because i'm not how you knew me back then anymore.
i changed.
"you have changed."
i said to you with a straight face
as i leave you standing there alone.
it was true.
but we changed differently.
we changed in different directions.
and i am glad about that.
