This is part two of 'if Midoriya had his parents' quirk mix'.
This is mostly inspired by BNHA1245 and the story 'opposide'. Check the story out it's really great!
As user of this quirk you are allowed to set a fire on the place you want to. You can't directly control the flames you just can let fire appear on the place. It's all controlled with your mind or for startes you can say it out loud. You can switch the temperature of the flames from the normal orange-colored flames to the blues-colored flames.
Weakness: You have to know the coordinates if it's not in your field of vision. And the other weaknesses fire has: water, stones, ...
Limit: You can only set a fire in your city or near village. Or if enough training you country.
Other things that you can do:
-You can per coordinates say were it will apperas and which temperature it has and you can also say how big the flames areat first.
