Copter's mind drifted back to the scene at the mansion while he silently watched the busy streets of Bangkok. He was surprised with Kimmon. He never saw the older man angry before - jealous, yes, but not angry. He never thought the man is capable of that emotion. And it confused him too what Clare did to make him so mad.

"Ehem."

His line of thoughts were interrupted as he realized he got company.

"I'm sorry, Jon." He apologized since the man was kind enough to offer a ride home. Though the truth is he doesn't really want to leave the mansion a while ago.

"It's okay. You are thinking about Clare and Kimmon, right?" Jon asked and he simply nodded.

"Want my honest thoughts about them?" Jon asked again. The man didn't wait for him to answer and started talking. "They are not really a good match that's what I think."

Copter was surprised to the man's straightforwardness. He heard him laughed at his reaction.

"Clare is a very career driven woman. You may have already notice." Jon glanced his way and he nodded in agreement. "Her career is the most important thing for her. That is her everything. She left everything in Phuket even her family for her career."

'That's why it was so easy for her to put Kim aside just like that. She was able to leave her own family.' He sadly thought.

"You must know she never really get along with the other contenders in Asian Fashion Guru because of her attitude. I was her only friend inside the house." Jon continued sharing. "Maybe because we have something in common. She left Phuket to pursue her career while I left Bali to look for myself. We both left something or someone behind us for ourselves." Then other man paused for a while. He looked like he is contemplating before asking him. "Do you think it's selfish?" He finally asked as he glanced at him.

"I'm not really one to judge." Copter honestly answered. "I don't know what you've been through so I can't say."

Jon smiled at his answer. "Now, do you want to know what I think of Kimmon?" He got a teasing smile on his face that made Copter nervous.

'He can see right through me.' Copter knows it. He knew Jon already noticed something or he will not act that way.

Jon laughed. "Hey, don't fret. I won't tell Clare." The other man said to his relief. "It's our secret." The man winked. "But..."

Copter glared at Jon. He knew what's about to happen. He was not born yesterday for Pete's sake. "But? Come on tell me your terms."

Jon laughed. "That's harsh. The way you put it. I just want to ask you out for dinner." The man looked straight at him as the car stopped in a very busy intersection and smiled sweetly at him. "What's your answer?"

'There is no really harm in going out with him, right?' Copter thought as he looked at the man. 'He seems to be a decent man. And someone that is not engaged to be married.' His mind wittingly supplied.

"Is it a 'Yes'?" Jon asked with a teasing smile.

Copter laughed. "I will not end up frontpage in tomorrow's news, right?"

"What?!" The other exclaimed.

"I'm just joking." Copter chuckled then looked intently at Jon. They stayed silent for a moment as Copter contemplated his decision. Jon is considerate enough to give him time to think and just focus on the road. No one is really pushing him to go out with this man. Jon is not really pushing him to agree. He can say no and just go home but there is a part of him - a tiniest bit part - that part of him that is starting to slowly giveaway to loneliness is pushing him to say 'Yes'. He had not dated in a long time. He had focused all his time on Moon Weddings and refused invitations he received to go out. He once again looked at Jon and the man is smiling at him. He sighed and answered, "Okay."
