Hi! I didn't think I'd be back, but here I am! This story doesn't technically belong to me. It comes from a D&D campaign written by my DM and my other three party members.
Also, since it's based on a D&D campaign, violence is imminent. Trigger warning for physical, emotional, or verbal abuse, genocide, murder, among others. I'll include a (!) symbol along with the type of potential trigger under the title when the content gets a little graphic.
Also also, this is the first time in a while I've written combat scenes and the first time I've written them for characters without any sort of specialized magic or other special gimmick to play with. Wish me luck, and I hope you enjoy!
