No matter how many cards he got and how much he decoded, he never had enough cards to get Luchino into the game.
Most of the time it was just him being chased down by the hunters who got summoned each round and with that, his deck had become an absolute mess.
He was now way over the limit and desperately trying to trade cards with anyone to at least get through another round.
But even when he managed to get to trade a card with Kreacher, his score went from 24 up to 26, the Ripper now appearing in front of him as he shook his head.
And before he knew it, he was eliminated and sent back as the first one of that round.

He felt quite bad when Luchino appeared back in the room with him, but the Reptilian didn't seem bothered as he came closer.
"I told you I was bad..." The Embalmer said, making Luchino shake his head.
"Nah, no need to feel down now do you?" the Hunter asked as he tried to lift the mood, now leaning lower to be on the same eye level as Aesop."How about one more round? Second time is the charm, right? " Luchino now suggested with a grin, getting Aesop to look up at him.
At first, he had been quite embarrassed about his colossal loss, but the way the other was looking at him...He didn't even realize he was smiling when he nodded in return, now managing to bring a smile onto the Reptilian's face also.
"That's more like it." the Hunter returned and with that, both men made sure to sign up for the next round.

While they waited for the first round to end they had taken a seat together on one of the couches in the blackjack lobby.
Besides them were a few other hunters who too were waiting for the next round to begin and even some of the teams who had lost already.Opposite to them on another couch was Lucky, sitting together with the two guards as they seemed to be chatting in a moderately low tone.
Luchino rarely saw them apart and in the same place as they used to either roamed alone or combined into Wu chang. But seeing them both sitting next to each other was quite bizarre...
"Luchino Antonio Riccelli..." Aesop repeated when the Reptilian had decided to share his full name with him, the Hunter now nodding with a smile.
"You don't really have an accent." The Embalmer noted curiously as he looked up at the large man.
He had his medical mask now pulled down, his make-up box placed between while his eyes were focused on the Reptilian who was leaning back into the furniture."Well, I only lived in Italy for a few years before my parents moved away. I was... Five maybe, when we left. And we didn't speak a lot of Italian at home so the accent got kind of lost." Luchino explained, making Aesop raise his brows.
"That would explain it because, besides your name, nothing really gives away your origin," Aesop explained.
He honestly meant no sort of mockery with his questions as he was just straight out curious about the reptilian man who was sitting next to him.Luchino chuckled at that before he slightly leaned closer." What would have been your first guess?~ " the Hunter asked, curious himself as he was just enjoying the small talk they were having.
Aesop thought about it for a moment before he replied.
"Ireland, maybe. Your hair color stands out quite a bit..." The silver-haired man noted, making the Reptilian hum in return."And? How about you?~" The hunter now asked, still keeping his eyes focused on the smaller man's face, his voice quite low as he did so. It almost sounded like he was purring...
