"So you guys had a real tough time!" Yami exclaimed as he watched the four enter the building all banged up, but Asta was the worst out of the four of them and was being carried under Jewel's arm, he could walk, but he couldn't be bothered, and the little anti-bird was sitting on her head "Well, whatever the case, job well done, fools!"
"Thanks!" Magna and Asta cheered.
"Why does he look happy?" Noelle questioned, Jewel just shrugged her shoulders.
"Maybe something happened." Vanessa then appeared, walking up from behind them after letting out a yawn and muttering a "welcome back".
"The Magic Investigation Team is examining the culprits belongings, but we probably won't get anything significant out of it. Judging from the quality of the stopwatch of his, and the way you said he spoke, they're likely radicalists from the Royal City." Jewel hummed, rubbing her chin.
"So it was possibly done by a noble or royalty, huh?" she clicks her tongue, a bead of sweat formed on Noelle's face at her response to it.
"Ah, what a cute bird~" Vanessa cooed, Jewel tilts her head to the side and smiles softly with a faint blush on her cheeks.
"I know, right? Though he doesn't seem to want to leave us alone." Noelle blushed at the bird as well, Jewel let out an oh when the bird flew off her head, so Noelle opened her arms and tried coaxing the bird to land on her head or hands.
"Hey, come here." though he didn't and started to peck Asta's head, further pissing the boy off and making him pull out his sword.
"You ugly little bird! I'll turn you into fried chicken!" hearing this, Noelle pulled out her wand and pointed it at Asta, a ball of water forming at the tip of it.
"I won't let you turn him into fried chicken!" Jewel raised her hands and waved at them to calm down.
"Now, now. If you two are going to fight, please don't do it inside, do it outside. We wouldn't want to anger Captain Yami-san by destroying the base." they, however, ignored her.
"Say your prayers!"
"Don't you dare!"
"Are you two trying to destroy the building?!" Magna shouted, Jewel's eyes twitched when they ignored her so she raised her fist, a paige aura surrounding it as a Quartz crystal encased her fist.
"Didn't I tell you to fight outside?!" she shouts, slamming her fist on their heads before Yami could break another wall because they broke something. Glaring down at them, they bowed their heads in front of Yami as she stood behind them with her arms crossed and shaking her head in disappointment "Apologize!"
"We're sorry!" they exclaim, Vanessa let out an impressed oh when Yami pats her back and grins up at her, she mirrored his expression before bowing her head herself.
'Though she hit those two, at least nothing else was broken because of Yami-san.' Vanessa thought, pursing her lips as the two interacted for a few minutes before he stepped back, clapping his hands as well.
"Alright, listen up. It doesn't matter if the one e behind this are royalty or nobility. We're going to let the Investigation Team take care of this, and we'll wait for the report. More importantly, I've got some good news." Jewel raised a hand, the anti-bird landing on her head in the process.
"Is this the reason why you're in a chipper mood?" she asked, he grinned and nodded.
"Yeah! Wanna hear it?" they nod, he then pulls out a star and shows the lot of them "Your actions have been acknowledged by the Wizard King himself!"
