Little homeschool

It's been a month since (y/n) has woken up from her coma, the gems that were corrupted were finally living peacefully with their new home.......

(Y/n) POV
I was down stairs in the kitchen making breakfast while the gems were teaching at little homeschool. I went into the cabinet to find pancake batter and syrup to make together breakfast with pancakes. The door near the warp pad activate to reveal Steven holding a gem in a pink bubble.

"Oh! Hey sweetie!" Exclaimed Steven. I chuckled at his cute nicknames. "Hi Steven!"

I went back to putting the mixture in bowl and started to mix the water and the pancake batter together. Steven made a huffed noise getting my attention. "What's wrong?" I asked. He had a pouty look. "I'm always the one that gives nicknames to you, why aren't you going to give me a nicknames?" He pouted.

I giggled at his silliness. "Ok....fine. Hello sweetheart~" his cheeks turned a shade of pink. "T-that's a good n-nickname, well of you n-need me! I'll be in the bathroom!" Then he immediately went into the bathroom and shut the door behind him.

STEVENS POV
I leaned on the bathroom floor, thinking about what (y/n) said to me.

Sweetheart~

I shook my head. Now is not the time to think about a new nickname, right now I should be healing this gem. The bubble gem was place on top of the toilet seat, while I started to fill the tub with warm water. In the cabinet, I pulled I pulled out bottles that looked like the diamonds and poured one by one in the tub.

I placed my finger in my mouth to get my healing spit and put in the water, I stirred it till the water started to glow. I grab the bubble gem and placed it in the water. The pink bubble popped, a white figure started to form in the water.

Right before me was a half corrupted quarts gem. When she saw me. She jumped away from me with a confused and frighten look. "Hello!" I greeted kindly. "W-where am I?! Who are you?" The gem asked. I put my hand together before putting them in the air. "That use to be a loaded question, but now that I can say with confidence that I'm Steven Universe!"

"And you're in my bathroom..." I say. She immediately got out of the tub to look at herself in the mirror. "What happen to me?" She asked while touching one of her pink horns.

The gem started to look around on the ground, then finding a plunger. "Huh!" She picked it up and pointed at me with it. "What is this?!"she exclaimed. I put my hands for my defense. "You were corrupted by a Time in blast, but you just been healed!" I explain. Slowly putting the plunger down from my face.

"And that is a plunger....." I awkwardly say. I lead her out of bathroom smelling delicious pancakes. "Mmm~ those pancakes smell really good (y/n)!" She turned around with a smile, when she notice the gem, I could've sworn she'd diamond pupils turned into stars.

"What is that thing near that weird machine?" The quarts gem asked. "Well this is (y/n), my girlfriend." The gem looked confused. "Let's get back on topic, let me fill you of what you missed" I say, while getting two books about era 3. "Missed?" Asked the gem in a concern tone.

"We have some reading material, available in English and gem Glyph, Spanish translating fourth coming." I turn to see (y/n) already done making pancakes, my stomach grumbles in excitement. "How many Steven?" She asked. "Three!" I exclaimed.

"Would our new friend like some too?" The gem looked at the pancakes and sniffed them. "What is this weird life form?" She questioned. (Y/n) gave the quarts gem a warm smile. "They're called pancakes! You wanna try?"
