Grumbling at having been woken up this late at night, I reluctantly crawled out of bed. Lighting the lanterns downstairs, I opened the door to reveal a sea faring man holding a chest.

"May I help you, sir?" I asked with a yawn.

"Many people come by here, boy?" he asked.

I shook my head in reply, and he grinned at this.

"I'll stay here then," he declared. "Keep an eye out for a sea faring man with one leg, and I'll give you a gold coin."

This got my attention, and I nodded with a small smile.

This man told us to call him Captain, even though his real name was Billy Bones. He kept his promise to me, and everyday I earned a gold coin. A few weeks passed by before I heard a knock on the door. I opened it to reveal a man with a long scar across his face.

"Is my old shipmate Billy Bones here?" he asked.

I silently nodded.

"Can you bring me to him?"
