Chapter 19

Kacey POV
Today's the day I get out off the hospital and go back to prison. Franky hasn't been with me the whole 2 weeks that I've been here. I missed Franky I miss it just being me and her.

" Mendez its time to go" Vera said as she helped me into the wheelchair. She helps me into the van and sits in the back with me. The ride was quiet until she asked me a question I wasn't expecting.

" What did Ferguson do to you" I looked at her with fear in my eyes

" it's ok you can trust me I had a feeling that she was doing bad things to you if you tell me what she did I can get her put away" I looked at her I hope she's not lying to me

" in the middle of the night she would take me into a metal room with pipes on the walls and torture me . She would beat me and call me names . She would tell me I'm worthless and that no one but her would love me . One day she tied me to a metal table and r raped me" I said breaking down in tears . Vera wrapped her arms around me and gave me a hug.

" Kacey were did she beat you"

" she would kick me in the ribs and punch me my stomach , she cut up the top of my thighs, she whipped my back to the point  that there is no more skin right there. Why?"  I asked

" I need to take a picture for proof so when we take her down we have evidence" she said pulling out her phone. I stand up and pull off my shirt I show her my stomach first that is covered in black and blue bruises. When she took my pants and showed her my bruised and cut up thighs after she took the picture I turned around and showed her my back I heard he suck in her breathe when she saw my back . After she took the picture I hurried and put my clothes back on.

" we're here" the driver yelled to Vera. She reached for the handcuffs on her belt buckle and took them off and put them on me. As we were walking into the prison I seen all the girls standing near the wall in the hallway. I saw Franky talking to Bea. Bea tapped her shoulder and Franky turned around and looked at me. I felt tears form in my eyes as she looked at me I missed her so much. She walked up to me and pulled me in for a kiss. Mm I miss the taste off her soft lips. She pulls away and hugs me"

" that enough Doyle move back" Vera said as she pulled me to my cell . She took that handcuffs off of me and told me to come to her office later so we could talk about Ferguson. She walked away and I ran to Franky and jumped on her. I started crying again I just miss her so much .

" ssh babygirl it's ok don't cry daddy's right her ssh" she said as she rubbed my baby I winced when my shirt rubbed into the whip marks. Franky heard me wince and look at me

" what's wrong babygirl did I hurt you"

" no daddy you didn't hurt me I'm just sore" I said laying my head in the crock of her neck

"Let me see your back" I was scared to show her my back what if she doesn't think I'm pretty no more. She looks at me with love in her eyes. I sigh as I start to take of my clothes. I turned around to show her my back she didn't say anything. She doesn't love you anymore your ugly and worthless you dumb bitch this voice in my head said as I waited on Franky to say something . I felt lips on my back and hands wrap around my waist

" your still beautiful my love and nothing can change that you hear me babygirl " I nod as I look at the floor . She raises my chin
