Taehyung pov
"Is today a good day to die?"
I question myself once again
Snow is beginning to fall
I drag myself to school,
As it covers the streets of Seoul

The bell rings once again,
The awakening sound,
Followed by loud chattering and laughter,
Slowly filling the empty hallway.

I sat in my spot quietly,
Staring out through the window,
And while the blinding rays of sunlight had peaked through
It didn't seem to bother me at all,
I just wanted to know
When will it be my turn?

The room begins to fill up,
Everyone slowly walks in
With smiles and joy plasters across their faces.

It was just another day,
Another 24 hours I have to live past,
Another series of events I have to go through
Another hopeless place to be in

Oh?
There's a new girl today.
She walks in, hand clutching tightly to the hem of her skirt
Biting her lower lip and eyes wide open
She stares aimlessly across the room.

"M-my name is Kim y/n", she says
She nervously introduced herself,
Her hands still clutching and twisting her skirt
There was something about her voice,
It was just,
Soothing
And calm.
Lost in the thoughts of my head,
I didn't realise she has sat down next to me.
I questioned it,
Then realised that it was the only spare seat left.

She smiles nervously at me,
As I forced a slight smile back
"Nice to meet you, I'm y/n", she said
As I nodded and replied back with a name,
"Taehyung," I told her,
It made her smile,
She took out a pair of round glasses,
Perfectly framing her face,
I stared at her for awhile until she noticed
Quickly, I adverted my eyes back to the front of the room
We sat in silence for the next hour.

When lunch time came by,
I enter the crowded canteen,
Over brimming with voices and chatter,
A place where I can't think to myself properly.

As everyone has settled down in their seats,
And the tables fill up,
I found myself an empty table,
Isolated in the corner of the room,
Although I didn't mind it.

Keeping my head down low
As I munch on the apple,
I soon noticed a tray placed down in front of me,
And I looked up to see her,
Y/n

"Do you mind if I sit with you?"
She asked,
Her voice was soothing and calm,
I felt like all my fears could have been washed away,
I shook my head,
Once again, lowering my head.

We sat in awkward silence,
Until she tried to spiked up a conversation,
"I haven't met anyone here yet,
And I don't really know my way"
I just nodded,
"Well, perhaps, you could show me around?"
I didn't reply back,
Dazed and lost in thoughts,
Until she called out,
"Tae?"

I looked up to her,
My eyes slightly widened,
"I'm sorry, I hope it's not weird if I call you that," she asked anxiously
I can see glitters in her feline shaped eyes,
A warm honey brown colour,
Her long hair falls naturally on her shoulder,
Naturally red lips,
For a second,
My heart skipped a beat,
Everything about her was perfect.
