This one is very far fetched, but I'm going to write it anyway. It's also super short.
"The sun was always in her eyes, she didn't even see me." This could be talking about an ex girlfriend of Ryan. Since Ryan is the sun, he was always blocking her from realizing that him and Brendon had something going on. Basically, Ryan always shielded her from everything Ryden related. Like I said, that one was really far fetched and I don't even know how I thought of it.
