haired girl ran through the
tall, jade colored grass as
butterflies flew into the sky
and into her stomach. happy
to see him, hiromi hugged her
friend kindly, gazing up to
only see the unfazed look
he always had.
being slightly taller than
her, ushijima caressed the
top of her head gently while
a little smile painted his
lips. "hiromi-chan."
"did you and your mom come
to visit?" wonder sparked in the
golden eyes he had always liked
about the girl. however, ushijima
knew how naive and oblivious she
was to the rest of the world, but
he wanted to be part of her's.
"oka-san wanted to
talk to your mom," the
future volleyball prodigy
stated. "they wanted to
talk about divorce."
"divorce?" hiromi deeply
thought about the unknown
word that one day would carve
into her mind whenever she would
reminisce about her parents. looking
up innocently to her olive colored
hair friend, she again smiled with
the question, "what's that?"
