Shayla POV
Sunday morning .....
This morning I woke up to a million calls from Ms.Parker. I called her back and she was wanting to know if Sky was going to church with her like she always did. I got her ready and went to  Kasen's room to see if he could give me a ride to drop Skyla off..
When I knocked he didn't answer and when I walked in he was still sleep. I went by his side and shook him he still didn't get up just turned to the other side so I just called and Uber.
When I got back Kasen was up waiting at the island eating cereal. He didn't ask me where I was he just said I'm gone teach you have to drive. I said "I got an Uber to take Sky to Ms.Parker's house for church." "I know Shayla when you paid for it the notification came to my phone"
He got up and put his bowl in the sink and went upstairs. I think I might've hurt his feelings rejecting him like that. I'm not gonna lie I seen more than a thug when it came to Kasen he was sweet and nice when it came to me and Skyla but I just couldn't risk it. I know what comes with the streets I might be waiting up like last night for him to come home and sometimes he might not come home. I don't know I just had to think about it. Cause I did enjoy him holding me that night, I felt safe.

Kasen POV
I ain't know where My head was at I had to figure out who robbed us. I sat and thought about all the people who I came encountered with then I weighed them out with the people I did wrong. I rarely do people wrong it all comes from how they do me. I had no idea. I needed a stress reliever so I went to the balcony and smoked a blunt.
I didn't have time to fw Shayla today if she was just gonna bring me down so I kept my distance from her until she came up to my room saying "come down stairs" I didn't know what she wanted I just followed her. She took me the the jacuzzi room and told me to get it. I got in and she got in behind me. I'm laying between her legs while she rub all over my chest and arms. "You seemed like you was stressing over something so I decided to let you relax, you don't even gotta talk about it you can just sit here" I didn't say nothing just leaned my head back drifting in my thoughts. See this the type of stuff I needed, when I'm stressing My girl can be my go to not these hoes I'm gone smoke my blunts though we didn't even have to have a title but I knew she was feeling me and that's what mattered.

Shayla POV
When we picked Sky up we decided to stop and eat. "Table for 3 and a booster seat for my daughter" Kasen said I looked at him confused realizing he was talking about Sky. I didn't say anything I just took my seat and looked at the menu.
When we got home Skyla went to her room and I asked Kasen what was his intentions with me and Skyla "I'm just tryna show you even though I'm a thug I can treat you like you a queen you and Skyla, she's starting to grow on me and I need this type of stability in my life" I smiled and hugged him. "You gotta be my girl though" "Maybe after I graduate high school sir" That's when he got a called and kissed my cheek and said he'd be back and not to wait up on him cause I got school in the morning.
