FINDING PEACE . . Part 04

Sonakshi : Kaha jaa rahe ho ?

Rohit turns back and looks at her lovingly.

Zameen pe sone . . Mere biwi ke instructions hai.

Sonakshi : Aur  mera kya hoga ?

Rohit : I am a one-women man .  I cant help you here . I just want my wife to be happy ....so anything for her. 

She tucks at his hand  hard pulling him closer . Ab bas ye sab nautanki . Chup chaap mere paas aake so jaana . He smiles as he bends to kiss her hand and slowly lets it go .

Rohit moves to the other side of the bed looking at her lovingly and settles himself on the right side. She moves closer as he stretches his left hand and finally settles her head on his chest , her favorite position .

Sonakshi : Kya soch rahe ho ?

Rohit : Main soch raha hoon ki hum kab tak aise trp badayenge ...... chuckles ...

Sonakshi playfully hits him on his chest knowing exactly what he meant . Mujhe life mein itna self control kabhi bhi exercise karna nahi pada. We are going on a long vacation once all of this is over . Phones off . No connectivity.

Sonakshi : Netraji kabhi chutti nahi dengi. 

Rohit : Woh mein dekh lunga ....... We have a give and take relationship ..... smiles naughtily looking at her .

Sonakshi : Pata hai .... giving an annoyed look ......Mujhe toh tum dono ne background mein hi push kar liya hai .

Rohit : Tum har cheez mein jo itna drama karti ho ......Kya kare hum bechaare .

Sonakshi : Rohit .... in a soft tone ..  Kuch puchu ? ...... Rohit nods ......Tumne bataaya nahi ki Rani blackmail kar rahi hai ?

Rohit : Tumne bataane diya?.... ye chodke chali gayi mujhe gusse mein. ...... after a pause of a few seconds ..... Kisne bataaya? Wait let me guess . Yk hi hoga ..... making a disappointed face .

Sonakshi : Thanks bolo usko ....Usne tumhaara kaam aasaan kiya hai.

Rohit : Woh toh hai !! Ek round tumhaare gusse ka kam kar liya ..... chuckles ....

Sonakshi looks at him with a sorry face . He comforts her by tightening his hug.

Nahi actually  ..woh ..Mujhe bhi abhi pata chala hai . Itna stress hai . Pooji uske haath main hai . Kuch bhi kar sakti hai woh. 

Sonakshi : Kuch bhi kar sakti hai , matlab ? Hum hai kis liye?  Hum pooji ko kuch nahi hone denge. Hum saath mein decide karenge ki kya karna hai ......ok ? 

Rohit smiles as he tightens his hug further .Mujhe abhi bahut light feel ho raha hai .....Tum jo mere saath ho.

Sonakshi : Itne waqt se toh puch rahi thi ki kya baath hai ...par is Dr Surgeon ko kuch bataana hi nahi tha . Looks at him by lifting her head up .....Tumhe sach mein laga ki mein chod ke chali jaaongi ?

Rohit : nahi...woh 

Just then Rohit's  phone beeps .

Rohit : Itni raat ko sirf ye log honge . Ek baj gaye .... He picks his phone and messages back and drops it on the side . 

He again picks up the phone and reads an earlier message he had received from Yk : Sonakshi is with me . Dont worry.  I am sending her back .  She is a little fragile . Take care of her . And for gods sake ... be transparent about whats going on . 

Sonakshi : Kaun tha? 

Rohit : Nahi ...kuch nahi. Woh mere football friends the ...kal subah unko khelna tha . Maine mana kar liya.

Sonakshi : Kyu.

Rohit : I want to spend some time with you tom . Its a holiday also . We need to sort out Rani's mess also .

Sonakshi :  You need a break , Rohit .  Kitne baje ?

Rohit :  8:00 baje .....Chod naa ye sab.

Sonakshi : You should go . Mumma bol rahi thi ki jab bhi tum stressed hote ho tab tum hamesha game khelne jaate the. Maybe it will help you think better ...... looks at him naughtily ..... and stop you from hiding stuff from your wife . 

Rohit pulls her closer in a naughty manner .....Nahi , mujhe tumhaare saath rehna hai.

Sonakshi : Main bhi chalu ? ....Kal meri bhi chutti hai. 

Rohit looks at her very surprised .He couldn't believe that his Sona had just offered to be a part of his other life that he so loved . Chalogi tum ?

Sonakshi : Of course. kitne baje chalna hai ?

Rohit : Excited like a child who just got the toy he wanted ..... Saat baje .

Mein haar gaya toh? 

Sonakshi : Toh kya . . Next time jeet lenge .....smiles .....

Rohit : Sona . . Tum har cheez ko bina stress liye dekhti ho ,naa? Isliye tum har cheez aasaani se aur pyaar se kar paati ho. I am so relieved that , now that you know everything , we can figure this whole thing together . I love you so so  so much .

Sonakshi : I love you too ........ Good night .

Through life's turmoils they had finally figured out a way to be with each other , to resolve their issues together  . . to be there for each other . This was a new journey for them . . a journey along which the learning would be endless . . the only constant needed was for them to be there for each other .
