You are 18 in this story. Tsukimi and Kuranosuke are both 19. Shu is 31. The other members of the sisterhood are older than 33 but younger than 40. Ms. Mejiro has moved out and the sisterhood has figured out that Kuranosuke is a boy and his name isn't Kurako. Tsukimi is now dating Shu and Kuranosuke figured out he didn't like Tsukimi after all. This story also takes place in a more modern setting. If you didn't figure out from the age differences, this is a year from when the anime ended.
